This is a draft set of terms for SB AI Systems and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified solicitor. Do not rely on it as a final legal document — have it reviewed before publishing it as legally binding.
1. Agreement
By using the SB AI Systems platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
SB AI Systems provides software for managing enquiries, bookings, invoicing, and related business operations. Plans are month-to-month, with no setup fees and no long-term contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing for an Enterprise or Bespoke plan.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Payment & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice — see your plan's specific terms for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell access without our written agreement.
6. Liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
